  • How do I care for my Anihugs?
    I invite you to consult "La gazette de papa & Maman", available from the home menu, you will discover all the maintenance advice accompanied by a pictorial guide.
  • When will I receive my order ?
    Orders are made in chronological order of receipt. Items are either available immediately, or to order with a production time announced at the reception and at the top of each product page. Packages are then sent by Colissimo 48h or letter followed for small items. A shipping email with your tracking number will be sent to you when your order leaves the workshop.
  • How to proceed for a custom order?
    I invite you to contact me via chat, the contact form, or by email 1° You let me know your desires and let's measure the feasibility together. 2° You choose the materials and colors according to a pre-selection. 3° I will come back to you with a quote and sketch if necessary. 4° You confirm your order on the site in order to start making it. 5° The manufacturing time is already announced on the home page.
  • How can I see the summary of my order and its invoice?
    When validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email (check spam). You can also find the history of your orders, as well as your invoices in your customer area, in the "My orders" tab
